N0te that for stays of more than 14 days a mandatory interim cleaning fee of $125 will apply in addition to the final cleaning charge above.
(For example a 21 day stay will incur two cleaning charges @ $125ea.)
Check in time 3pm checkout time 11 am. Late checkouts (until 8pm) available at 50% of daily rate. Earlier check in possible by prior arrangement.
20% non refundable deposit required to confirm booking balance payable prior to arrival.
